PD&C manages planning, design and construction projects and services
PD&C coordinates all construction projects, including new buildings, site remodels, and upgrades, and oversees the 2010 Bond. This includes project planning, budget management, programming, design, construction administration, and warranty work.
Aided by GIS software, PD&C tracks growth, and develops school boundary maps. PD&C also works closely with local city and county government planning agencies, and is involved in regional planning efforts, including:
