The Gifted Advisory Board (GAB) provides input to the school district concerning ongoing and emergent needs and issues related to the education of gifted students in PSD. This is an advisory board that makes recommendations--not a policy-making entity. Throughout their work, GAB members will maintain a solution-focused districtwide lens, not focusing on individual schools, and they will use inclusive leadership to guide their efforts and recommendations.
GAB meetings are held four or five times each school year. The meetings are held in the evening, and the meeting minutes will be published here on this webpage. Seats on the GAB hold either a 1-year or 2-year term limit.
